Superintendents Accept Challenge to Raise Toys for Santa's Helpers

Duncanville ISD is competing with other school districts in the Best Southwest to collect toys for thousands of needy children. Superintendents from Duncanville, Cedar Hill, Desoto and Lancaster are going head-to-head to generate the most toys for charity. The winning district will receive a $300 donation, and the superintendent will receive a free lunch provided by the remaining superintendents.

Donations will be accepted through December 1 at each of Duncanville ISD's campuses. Look for the boxes later this week. The winning district will be announced at the drive-through event at Hillside Village shopping center in Cedar Hill on December 4 from 5 - 10 p.m. featuring personalities from WFAA Channel 8.
