Four Ways to Report a Concern
After StayALERT receives a report,
it is transcribed and communicated verbatim to a pre-designated school official
for follow up. StayALERT is monitored in real time by real people.
What to Report?
With StayALERT you are never required to reveal your identity. The idea is to facilitate information sharing between the community, school administrators, and local authorities to ensure the safety of our children and staff. Anyone in the community is encouraged to call, text, e-mail, or report online when a student’s safety is in question.
How does StayALERT work?
Visit the StayALERT website at http://www.stayalert.info/. The right column of the page contains contact information for sending a message.
StayALERT is NOT:
This fast and easy reporting system is not a substitute for reporting an emergency. Any true emergency should still be reported directly to local police, sheriff, EMS, or fire officials for immediate action and response. If you or anyone else is in danger, call 911.
Who may submit a StayALERT Report?
Any student, teacher, staff, parent of a student, or local community member in Duncanville ISD may access the reporting portal to report a concern.
