• A Personal Graduation Plan (PGP) is a document that is used to assist in monitoring the student’s progress as they toward their graduation.

     The Personal Graduation Plan:

    • List required core courses for all four high school years
    • List required elective courses for all four high school years
    • List required endorsement courses for all four high school years
    • List required foreign language courses for all four high school years
    • Allows the option of taking Advance Placement courses when available
    • Allows the option of taking Dual Credit courses when available*

The links below will allow you to view and print a personal graduation plan.  This could assist you and your student in selecting the endorsement and courses they would be most interested in taking during high school.  This would be a great tool to use when speaking with your student’s counselor.

*Dual Credit courses require an application to the appropriate college.  Please visit with the CTE/CCR counselor at the high school to verify that all paperwork has been completed properly and in a timely manner if your student would like to participate in a dual credit course.
