  • Award Assemblies


    We will celebrate student achievement at our end-of-year award assemeblies. Parents/guardians are welcome to attend.


    The assemblies will be held in the Daniel Gym and are scheduled as follows:


    Tuesday, May 30th - 6th Grade

    8:45 - 9:45 - 6A

    10:00 - 11:00 - 6B

    2:00 - 3:00 - 6C


    Wednesday, May 31 - 5th Grade

    8:45 - 9:45 - Bilingual

    10:00 - 11:00 - 5A

    2:00 - 3:00 - 5C

  • End of Year Hot Dog Party


    Students with no discipline referrals from January 4 through May 26 will be treated to a Hot Dog Party on Tuesday, May 30, from 2:00 - 3:30.

  • Student "Jogger/Sweats" Day


    Students who had no referrals from May 1-31 will be allowed to wear sweats to school on Thursday, June 1. All eligible students will receive a sweats pass before they leave school on Wednesday, May 31st.  When they arrive at school on Thursday, they will be required to wear a wristband as their dress code pass.

School History

  • Daniel


    H. Bob Daniel Intermediate opened in 1988, and was renovated in 2004.  The school was named for former school board member H. Bob Daniel.  The school serves grades 5-6.


    H. Bob Daniel, Sr.

    Henry Bob Daniel, Sr. was born on his pioneer family’s farm in the Duncanville area in 1914. He attended Duncanville School and graduated from Lancaster HS in 1933. Active in the community, he served on the Duncanville ISD school board from 1949 to 1955.
