Three Duncanville High School seniors already have one graduation under their belts even though they don’t receive their high school diplomas until June 1.
Every student in the Duncanville High School Class of 2019 will qualify for a full-tuition scholarship for an associate degree.
Ariel Atkins hasn’t even graduated from the University of Texas yet, but she is already on her way to Washington, D.C. where she will begin working out this week with a professional women’s basketball team.
Duncanville ISD Superintendent Dr. Marc Smith recognized 63 students and their families last week as part of the newly-developed Superintendent’s Scholars Program.
She’s a presence at virtually every Duncanville High School event, and she has the award-winning photos to prove it.
Duncanville Independent School District recently learned that the district is a semi-finalist in the H-E-B Excellence in Education Awards.
