• SCHEDULING LIBRARY

    In order to help make sure the self-scheduling systems work properly please follow these recommendations:

    1. Logout of all personal Google accounts. 
    2. Make sure you are logged into your district DISD Google account only.
    3. Use arrows at top left of online scheduler (see links below) to go to next week's available times.
    4. Click on an open time slot to sign up. Make sure your name appears and select Save.
    5. Appointments are not automatically recurring.  Once saved go to next week to schedule time.

    Date and time should appear on your Google calendar where you can set reminders and notifications.  You should receive an email confirmation which, if not automatic, should give you the opportunity to add it to your Outlook calendar.​

    RESCHEDULING LIBRARY TIME

    To reschedule or change your library times please follow the below steps.  This will help prevent time slots being closed when no classes are actually scheduled.  Deleting or rescheduling from Outlook will not work.

    1. Logout of all personal Google accounts. 
    2. Make sure you are logged into your district DISD Google account only.  Choose Google Calendar.
    3. Click down arrow to right of your name, select Display this Calendar Only
    4. Cancel time from your DISD Google calendar by clicking on bottom corner of time scheduled.
    5. Select Cancel Appointment then choose Delete without Updating Guests.  
    6. After deleting original slot go to scheduling link above and click on new time slot to sign up.
