Please do not move, tilt or rotate the interactive projector. Not only could this void our current warranty, but it also distort the image or break the device. Should you have any issues with your projector, HDMI cabling, interactivity or any other concerns, immediately place a help desk ticket. Our vendors will then be sent to repair the issues.

  • The projector image won't fit on my projection pull-down screen.

Projectors will be placed so they project onto the whiteboard in your classroom. The image size will fill the whiteboard from top rail to bottom rail.  This way you can use your light-pen to annotate and control items on your laptop screen. Please keep in mind, images may or may not fit your hanging screen perfectly. If your image does not completely fill your whiteboard, please submit a help desk ticket.

Our new classroom standard projectors are now interactive! Take a look at the standard equipment page to see more information on it.

With the new interactive ability the projector needs to project onto a white board or flat surface. This will allow you to interact with the projected image and control your mouse or annotate with a special light pen.

*Please note interactive feature will not be turned on right away after install. Training will come to show how this function is used.

  • Why can't I have a custom install for my projector?

Please keep in mind we cannot do custom installations in each room and have to develop some sort of standard installation for the technology. We have reviewed each classroom and looked for the best possible solution for projecting

  • Why can't I control the screen when I am up at the board right now?

Keep in mind that in order for the interactive function to be accessible on your projector, your laptop will need the appropriate driver. This driver will be preloaded onto your new Toshiba laptop.  Currently, you will only be able to turn your projector on/off as you do now.  After training, you will receive a special light pen that will allow you to control mouse or annotate on the board

  • Why was my projector moved?

Our new classroom standard projectors are now interactive. With the new interactive ability the projector needs to project onto a white board or flat surface. This will allow you to interact with the projected image with a pen and your finger as well. This feature would not work on to a moving pull down screen

*Please note interactive feature will not be turned on right away after install. Training will come to show how this function is used.

  • I have an over-sized room that is so long that students in the back can't see the board.
