  • Parent Survey - Technology & Learning (BrightBytes)

We are partnering with BrightBytes, an educational research organization, in order to learn more about our students’ school and home technology use for learning. We are reaching out to ask you to take part in the Technology & Learning questionnaire. The questionnaire should take about 5 minutes to complete.

Your participation is essential in helping us form a more complete picture of technology use for learning in your students’ lives. Please know that all of your responses will remain anonymous to protect your privacy. The last day to complete the questionnaire is midnight on Tuesday, December 19th.

Please select the link to begin your survey: https://bbyt.es/R78DC

Thank you for taking part in this important initiative!

    Dear Acton Families,

We are so excited about this school year!! Thank you so much for sharing your child with us this year. Please take time to get to know your child’s teacher. We are available by phone, email and scheduled conferences.

We are happy to share that Acton Elementary received a Met Standard rating from Texas Education Association for the 2016-2017 school year. Acton is a great place to be!! Our teachers and students work really hard, and we are so proud of them. This year we have all day Pre-Kindergarten and our district has partnered with Right at School, which is an afterschool program that is onsite.

At Acton, we are Anchored in Learning. Our new facility will provide numerous opportunities and experiences during the 2017-2018 year. We encourage you to partner with us and join PTA to support our students and teachers.
